Fresh off of offering a max contract to Carmelo Anthony, Los Angeles Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak is reportedly not done wooing big-time free agents. A report late Thursday night claims that Kupchak is currently flying to Cleveland to meet with Rich Paul, the agent for LeBron James.
Los Angeles Lakers point guard Steve Nash has only played sparingly this season and has looked hobbled when he’s been on the floor. Sunday night the Lakers lost badly to the Minnesota Timberwolves 113-90 and Nash sat out the second half because of a back injury.
