As we approach Thursday night’s NFL Draft, rumors will start to fly around like crazy about teams trading up, trading down and swapping picks. On Tuesday we got our first real concrete rumors that something was up. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are reportedly looking to move up towards the top of the draft.
The St. Louis Rams are reportedly considering selecting Johnny Manziel in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft and the team’s interest in the Texas A&M quarterback is apparently being pushed by head coach Jeff Fisher. The Rams own the second and 13th picks in this year’s draft and while they already have Sam Bradford under center, there has been talk that they are looking to trade him.
South Carolina’s Jadeveon Clowney took a ton of heat from scouts and pundits when he decided to terminate any future individual workouts for team a few weeks ago.
