It looks like Jimmer Time is officially over in Sacramento, as the Kings have started aggressively shopping guard Jimmer Fredette around the NBA. While this should be expected after the team landed Kansas guard Ben McLemore in the 2013 NBA Draft, Fredette’s fans will no doubt begin to pop up and defend him.
Earlier on Tuesday we reported that the Sacramento Kings had offered free agent Andre Iguodala a four-year, $56 million deal and had emerged as the front-runner for his services. Since then, things have rapidly changed and the Kings have decided to rescind that offer.
The Sacramento Kings could very well let guard Tyreke Evans leave to join the New Orleans Pelicans, and in his place they’re going hard after free agent small forward Andre Iguodala. Late Tuesday night the Kings offered Iguodala a four-year, $56 million deal and are now considered the front-runners for the 29-year-old.
