With both Final Four games now complete, the 2012 National Championship Game is set.
Following a pair of terrific games on Saturday, top-ranked Kentucky will face Kansas for the title on Monday night.
Here is a quick rundown of the viewing information for the title game.
This is the second part of a quick two-part series on the Louisville-Kentucky rivalry, with the ultimate matchup taking place this weekend in the Final Four.
Yesterday I walked you through the rivalry’s surprisingly brief history. Today, we look at the two biggest stars of Saturday’s matchup: the coaches – Rick Pitino and John Calipari.
Since the bulk of this week’s Final Four coverage will center on the Kentucky-Louisville rivalry and the Calipari-Pitino rivalry and relationship, I figured I may as well get in on the act.
First, let’s look at the series history between these two schools, which isn’t as extensive as you might assume.
The 2012 Final Four is set.
On one side of the bracket, arch enemies Kentucky and Louisville will face off. On the other side, Kansas will take on Ohio State. The winners will play for the right to be called 2012 National Champion.
