Recapping College Football’s Historically Chaotic Week 6

Ole Miss Alabama

No. 11 Ole Miss 23, No. 3 Alabama 17
With College Gameday making the trip to Oxford and Vaught-Hemingway Stadium packed for the Rebels’ game against the Crimson Tide, Hugh Freeze’s team had the eyes of the nation on it. Though the stage was enormous, Ole Miss proved it was up to the task. Rebels quarterback Bo Wallace threw for three touchdowns, including two in the fourth quarter, as Ole Miss knocked off Alabama in one of the most dramatic victories in school history. The Crimson Tide had one last chance to win, but Senquez Golson picked off Blake Sims in the end zone to seal the victory.

With Ole Miss and Mississippi State both knocking off top 10 opponents, the Magnolia State truly became the epicenter of college football on a wild Saturday.
