Recapping College Football’s Historically Chaotic Week 6

TCU Oklahoma

No. 25 TCU 37, No. 4 Oklahoma 33
After going 6-12 in conference play during their first two seasons in the Big 12, the Horned Frogs were looking for a marquee victory at home against the Sooners. They managed to do just that, upsetting the perennial favorite to win the conference title. With the game tied 31-31 after three quarters, TCU grabbed the lead for good early in the fourth thanks to a 41-yard pick-six by Paul Dawson. Though Oklahoma blocked the ensuing extra point attempt and returned it 75 yards to steal two points, the Horned Frogs were able to hold on for the win.
