College Football TV Schedule – Week of Saturday, November 22
Click here for the current College Football TV Schedule for Conference Championship Week, the weekend of Saturday, December 6
Well, if last week was “Sleep In Saturday” (as it was hilariously referred to on SI.com), this weekend of Saturday, November 22 is “Get To Bed Early Friday Night.” There are a bevy of interesting and meaningful games as we get into the best part of the college football season: rivalry weeks and conference championship weeks.
The highlights of Wee 13 in the college football season are obvious:
- Rich Rodriguez’s first battle against Jim “The GZA” Tressel to kick things off on Saturday at noon.
- Undefeated Ball State taking on Central Michigan in one of the biggest games ever in the MAC on Wednesday.
- Indiana against Purdue in the last game for Joe Tiller.
- Michigan State at Penn State in a battle of top-15 Big Ten teams.
- BYU at Utah in a battle of top-15 Mountain West teams.
- Pittsburgh at Cincinnati in a battle of two top-20 Big East teams.
- And, of course, the granddaddy of them all: #2 Texas Tech at #5 Oklahoma on ABC at 8:00.
Now don’t you see why you need to be well rested?

????? – I can’t find any TV listing for this game. Doesn’t mean it isn’t on TV, but you have to do some digging or check the ‘ol local listings.
UGH – Washington-Washington State may be the worst game in college football history. I don’t know if it’s on TV, but would you want to watch it anyway?
* – Regional coverage on ABC. Check local listings. The alternative games are typically on the ESPN networks or online at ESPN360.
TV – The schedule says it’s on TV but didn’t say what channel. Check your listings.
^ – One game will likely be on the Big Ten Network, the other one will stream online. I’m assuming.
