Even with Mike Scioscia seemingly safe, there are still a lot of skippers in varying degrees of danger as baseball fast approaches its stretch run. Here is my ranking of 12 managers who may feel the seat starting to get warm, and one who may be the first casualty of 2014 as soon as this week.
