Baseball America released its List of the Top 100 Prospects in baseball for 2009, and it is today’s Link of the Day. White Sox fans will be pleased to note that Gordon Beckham made the top 20; Aaron Poreda, Dayan Viciedo, and Tyler Flowers made the top 100.

Alexei Ramirez, Jose Contreras, and newcomer Dayan Viciedo are the White Sox Cuban Trifectors, and all three will be important players this season in the White Sox quest to defend their AL Central crown. Viciedo, the 19-year old newcomer that signed a 4-year contract in the offseason, will complete with Josh Fields for the 3B slot and reportedly has 35-40 homerun potential.
