Bears Bennett injured

Update: Earl Bennett suffered a chest injury in the first quarter Sunday and is questionable to return. Bennett was speared in the ribs by Saints defender Roman Harper after hauling in a nine-yard over-the-middle pass. 

Chiefs lose Charles

Update: Jamaal Charles was forced from Sunday's game against the Lions with a left knee injury.  He appeared to be in a great deal of pain as he was carted to the locker room. His return is officially questionable.

Roy Williams inactive

Update: Roy Williams (groin) is inactive for Week 2 against the Saints.  Johnny Knox will start opposite Devin Hester in Williams' absence.

Bradley to start for Cards

Update: Stewart Bradley will start at "Mike" linebacker Sunday with Daryl Washington (calf) inactive. Paris Lenon kicks from "Mike" to "Will," allowing Bradley to line up in his more natural position.

Update: The Redskins have decided to start Rex Grossman over John Beck in the season opener.  Beck was believed to have the inside track on the starter's role, but was outplayed by Grossman in the final preseason game.
