Who is Singing the Halftime Show for the 2013 Super Bowl? Who is Singing the National Anthem?

Curious about who is singing the halftime show of the 2013 Super Bowl? What about who is singing the National Anthem at the 2013 Super Bowl? Well, you’ve come to the right place for these answers.

I think you’ll be pleased – at least I am.

Who is Singing the Halftime Show for the 2013 Super Bowl?

Drumroll please … Are you ready? Here it goes…

The NFL bestowed Beyonce with the honor of performing the halftime show.

But it gets even better!

For all those who long for the Destiny’s Child days of the 90s, you’re in for a treat. Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams will join Beyonce to reunite the trio.

What old school songs will they sing? Say My Name? Bootylicious? Survivor? We won’t have to wait too much longer to find out!

Beyonce has received a lot of criticism recently for lip-syncing the National Anthem at President Obama’s second inauguration. I think the situation has been blown out of the water. Does this really matter?

We know she’s talented and a fabulous performer, so why does it matter if she chose to lip-sync one time at an event that had a risk of a large number of things going wrong. She reports that she didn’t get to practice with the orchestra, so we should just give her a break already.

To quiet critics, she sang the National Anthem live at a 2013 Super Bowl press conference earlier this week. When she finished, she reportedly ask, “Any questions?”

Watch the video of her knockout performance below.

Are you ready for this? We have another powerful female voice in…

Alicia Keys will sing the National Anthem at Super Bowl  47.

This soulful artist recently released the single “Girl on Fire.” I’ve included that video below so you can get a taste of the voice you’ll be hearing just before kickoff.
