Utah Jazz fans have it pretty good.
Sure, their team has never won a championship, but they’ve been a perennial playoff team regardless of personnel, appearing in the postseason in 25 of the last 29 seasons.
Right now the Jazz are tied for sixth in a deep Western Conference, even though no one on the roster has ever played in an All-Star Game and Jamaal Tinsley starts at point guard. They also have a third-string small forward who doubles as a master painter.
Life got even better for fans on the shores of the Great Salt Lake who can afford Jazz season tickets. As a gesture of gratitude the team gave each season ticket holder one of these:
Never before have I been more jealous of an opposing fan base nor of those among us who can afford NBA season tickets without taking out a second mortgage. (Notice that you get the Jazz logo on both sides of your waffle.)
Happy waffle making, Jazz fans.

I share season tickets, so the other guy acquired the waffle maker. Curse him.
I got mine at the ticket office with a smile, great things are formulating for the future with the Jazz in more ways than one.
