It’s that time of year again, that time when we share some great cocktails to ensure your Super Bowl party is enjoyable. So here are three classic New Orleans cocktail recipes and two others that are worth your while.
1. Ol’ Frisky Whiskey Cocktail Recipe

- 2 oz. Wild Turkey 81
- 1 tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Very Hot Water
- Dash of 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- 1 Satsuma Wedge
2. Smooth Sail Cocktail Recipe

- 2 oz. Wild Turkey 81
- 2 oz. Cointreau
- 2 oz. Ginger Ale
Just a side note, the creator of this drink, George Pool, was voted Best Bartender in the City of New Orleans at the Where Y’at Best Bartender competition.
3. Turkey Ball Cocktail Recipe

- 1 oz. Wild Turkey 81
- 3/4 oz. Amaretto
- Splash of Pineapple Juice
4. Fourth and Long Cocktail Recipe
- 1 oz. Wild Turkey 101
- 3/4 oz. Wild Turkey 81
- 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. Aperol
- 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously and serve in a high ball glass. Then garnish with a wedge of lemon.
5. Give ‘em the Bird Blitz Cocktail Recipe
- 1 tablespoon fig jam
- 1½ oz. Wild Turkey 81
- ¼ oz. Orange liqueur
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- Ice
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice.
