It seems like the everything that occurred in Week 3 other than the end of the Packers-Seahawks is being completely ignored. We can thank the uproar over the the replacement officials for that.
Week 4 will feature the regular officials though, so every bad call can finally stop being blamed on the fact that the regular officials are not on the field.

New Orleans may not get their first actual win of the season this year, but this spread presents them with an opportunity to at least take the game with the spread. Saints +8

The Bears have two double-digit wins this season, and will come through as the underdogs in this game. Bears +3.5
