TV Schedules – Kickoff Times – Point Spreads – Picks
Chicago Bears at Green Bay Packers
- Bears-Packers Date: Thursday, September 12
- Bears-Packers Kickoff Time: 8:20 PM
- Bears-Packers TV Network: NFL Network
- Bears-Packers Point Spread: Packers -6
- Bears-Packers Over-Under Odds: 51
- Bears-Packers Pick: Chicago was able to send Andrew Luck home with a loss in his first game, while the Packers dropped their opener to the 49ers. The Bears are going to be much better than most would suspect this season. The additions of Brandon Marshall and Michael Bush will help Jay Cutler take down the weak Green Bay defense on Thursday. Bears +6
Kansas City Chiefs at Buffalo Bills
- Chiefs-Bills Date: Sunday, September 16
- Chiefs-Bills Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Chiefs-Bills TV Network: CBS
- Chiefs-Bills Point Spread: Buffalo -3
- Chiefs-Bills Over-Under Odds: 45
- Chiefs-Bills Pick: Both teams had double digit losses in Week 1, but the Bills had a very strong finish. They are fairly evenly matched in this game, but the Bills have far more upside than the Chiefs. Bills -3
Cleveland Browns at Cincinnati Bengals
- Browns-Bengals Date: Sunday, September 16
- Browns-Bengals Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Browns-Bengals TV Network: CBS
- Browns-Bengals Point Spread: Bengals -7
- Browns-Bengals Over-Under Odds: 38
- Browns-Bengals Pick: The Browns lost by one point last week, while the Bengals lost by 31. These scores do not indicate true talent, considering the Bengals lost to the Ravens, while the Browns lost to Michael Vick, who threw four interceptions, and the Eagles. The Bengals will likely win this game, but the Browns’ defense will keep it under a touchdown. Browns +7
Minnesota Vikings at Indianapolis Colts
- Vikings-Colts Date: Sunday, September 16
- Vikings-Colts Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Vikings-Colts TV Network: FOX
- Vikings-Colts Point Spread: Vikings -1
- Vikings-Colts Over-Under Odds: 44.5
- Vikings-Colts Pick: The Vikings won against Jacksonville last week, but that is nothing too impressive. Andrew Luck had a rough day, throwing three interceptions, against the Bears, but he should fare better this week. With such a small spread the game is essentially a toss-up, but look for Andrew Luck to play much better the second time around. Colts +1
Oakland Raiders at Miami Dolphins
- Raiders-Dolphins Date: Sunday, September 16
- Raiders-Dolphins Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Raiders-Dolphins TV Network: CBS
- Raiders-Dolphins Point Spread: Raiders -3
- Raiders-Dolphins Over-Under Odds: 38
- Raiders-Dolphins Pick: This is another matchup of winless teams in Week 2, but the Raiders are significantly better than the Dolphins this year. The Raiders will easily cover this game, while the Dolphins will continue to struggle under Ryan Tannehill. Raiders -3
Arizona Cardinals at New England Patriots
- Cardinals-Patriots Date: Sunday, September 16
- Cardinals-Patriots Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Cardinals-Patriots TV Network: FOX
- Cardinals-Patriots Point Spread: Patriots -14
- Cardinals-Patriots Over-Under Odds: 48
- Cardinals-Patriots Pick: The Patriots easily defeated the Titans last week, but the Cardinals were also victorious. They are much better than a two-touchdown underdog even with Kevin Kolb at quarterback. The Patriots will win, but the game will be much closer than the odds indicate. Cardinals +14
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New York Giants
- Bucs-Giants Date: Sunday, September 16
- Bucs-Giants Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Bucs-Giants TV Network: FOX
- Bucs-Giants Point Spread: Giants -7
- Bucs-Giants Over-Under Odds: 44
- Bucs-Giants Pick: The Bucs took care of the Panthers last week, but the stats from the win were far from impressive. The Giants will not lose two games in a row to begin the season, and will win by double digits. Giants -7
Baltimore Ravens at Philadelphia Eagles
- Ravens-Eagles Date: Sunday, September 16
- Ravens-Eagles Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Ravens-Eagles TV Network: CBS
- Ravens-Eagles Point Spread: Eagles -3
- Ravens-Eagles Over-Under Odds: 47
- Ravens-Eagles Pick: The spread in this game is rather surprising considering the Ravens beat the Bengals by 31, while the Eagles barely defeated the Browns by one point. Michael Vick will likely have a better performance than last week when he threw four interceptions, but the Ravens will still easily win this game. Ravens +3
New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers
- Saints-Panthers Date: Sunday, September 16
- Saints-Panthers Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Saints-Panthers TV Network: FOX
- Saints-Panthers Point Spread: Saints -3
- Saints-Panthers Over-Under Odds: 51
- Saints-Panthers Pick: New Orleans ran into RG III and the Redskins last week, while the Panthers dropped their opener to the Bucs. Cam Newton will have a better performance than he had in the opener, but the Saints are too good of a team to drop antoehr game to a lesser team such as the Panthers. Saints -3
Houston Texans at Jacksonville Jaguars
- Texans-Jaguars Date: Sunday, September 16
- Texans-Jaguars Kickoff Time: 1 PM
- Texans-Jaguars TV Network: CBS
- Texans-Jaguars Point Spread: Texans -7.5
- Texans-Jaguars Over-Under Odds: 41.5
- Texans-Jaguars Pick: Blaine Gabbert and the Jaguars played a great game against Minnesota, but there are no moral victories in the NFL. The Texans are one of the top teams in the AFC, and will improve to 2-0 with an easy win on Sunday. Texans -7.5
Washington Redskins at St. Louis Rams
- Redskins-Rams Date: Sunday, September 16
- Redskins-Rams Kickoff Time: 4:05 PM
- Redskins-Rams TV Network: FOX
- Redskins-Rams Point Spread: Redskins -3.5
- Redskins-Rams Over-Under Odds: 45.5
- Redskins-Rams Pick: Robert Griffin III took the league by storm last week with his fantastic debut against New Orleans, and will have an easier opponent this week in the Rams. The Rams could not beat the Lions, even though Stafford had a rough day for Detroit. RG III will continue to impress and his Redskins will be 2-0 after Sunday. Redskins -3.5

Dallas Cowboys at Seattle Seahawks
- Cowboys-Seahawks Date: Sunday, September 16
- Cowboys-Seahawks Kickoff Time: 4:05 PM
- Cowboys-Seahawks TV Network: FOX
- Cowboys-Seahawks Point Spread: Cowboys -3
- Cowboys-Seahawks Over-Under Odds: 41.5
- Cowboys-Seahawks Pick: Russell Wilson and the Seahawks were the benefit of the first blown call by the replacement officials, but they could not take advantage and beat the Cardinals. The Cowboys surprised many when they defeated the Giants in the season opener, and will take care of Wilson and the Seahawks this week. Cowboys -3
New York Jets at Pittsburgh Steelers
- Jets-Steelers Date: Sunday, September 16
- Jets-Steelers Kickoff Time: 4:25 PM
- Jets-Steelers TV Network: CBS
- Jets-Steelers Point Spread: Steelers -6
- Jets-Steelers Over-Under Odds: 41.5
- Jets-Steelers Pick: After an awful preseason the Jets blew out the Bills by twenty points last week. The Steelers dropped their opener to the Broncos, but are still the favorites in this matchup. It is tough to doubt the Jets after the way they played last week. The Steelers may not deserve to be the favorites in this game, and the Jets will prove that. Jets +6
Tennessee Titans at San Diego Chargers
- Titans-Chargers Date: Sunday, September 16
- Titans-Chargers Kickoff Time: 4:25 PM
- Titans-Chargers TV Network: CBS
- Titans-Chargers Point Spread: Chargers -6
- Titans-Chargers Over-Under Odds: 43
- Titans-Chargers Pick: Jake Locker struggled last week against New England in a game that saw him leave due to injuring his shoulder. He is likely to start, but if he struggles look for Matt Hasselbeck to get in the game. The Chargers do not have these issues to worry about and will easily defeat the Titans. Chargers -6
Detroit Lions at San Francisco 49ers
- Lions-49ers Date: Sunday, September 16
- Lions-49ers Kickoff Time: 8:20 PM
- Lions-49ers TV Network: NBC
- Lions-49ers Point Spread: 49ers -7
- Lions-49ers Over-Under Odds: 47
- Lions-49ers Pick: The 49ers are an early favorite to win the NFC and proved that last week by beating Green Bay. While they will likely beat Detroit, the game will be close and under a touchdown difference. Look for Stafford to bounce back after his three interception game last week, but not enough to win the game. Lions +7
Denver Broncos at Atlanta Falcons
- Broncos-Falcons Date: Monday, September 17
- Broncos-Falcons Kickoff Time: 8:30 PM
- Broncos-Falcons TV Network: ESPN
- Broncos-Falcons Point Spread: Falcons -3
- Broncos-Falcons Over-Under Odds: 51
- Broncos-Falcons Pick: Peyton Manning was impressive in his Denver debut, defeating Pittsburgh in Denver. Atlanta blew out Kansas City, but Denver will take care of Matt Ryan and the Falcons. Broncos +3
Yearly Record: 9-7
