Fun Announcements: New Site Traffic Record and MSF-Scentsy Joint Promotion

I’m really excited to tell you about the traffic record we set for March, and to thank you for your part in it, but first I want to introduce the next promotion that will support our charity initiative.

A few weeks back, my friend Heather, the wife of one of my best friends from college actually, inquired the MSF charity initiative and how she could help out.

Specifically, she wanted to leverage some work she’d been doing as an independent consultant for Scentsy into a fun opportunity for MSF readers to check out some unique products while also contributing to our ultimate donation bottom line.

MSF Charity Initiative Update

We are donating a portion of all pageview-based revenue to Operation Homefront. The accumulation started on March 1 and will continue through September.

I am happy to report that we set a new site record for monthly pageviews in March, 1.488 million, which converts to a donation of roughly $595 at the current percentage we’re planning to donate.

Certainly this would not be possible without all of the great content that our writers produced this month, so I sincerely thank them.

And most of all, I sincerely thank you, the reader, whose visits and post sharing helped us set our site record. Every time you visit, tell someone about MSF, or share our articles on Twitter and Facebook it helps us increase the size of the check we can write to Operation Homefront.
