Enjoy This Mesmerizing Tom Crean GIF From Indiana’s Victory Over Purdue

Indiana completed a season sweep of Purdue tonight in Bloomington, securing a 24th victory, 5th place in the Big Ten, and a joyous Senior Night for five very deserving seniors.

As I sometimes do, I decided to venture into enemy territory to see what Purdue folks were saying about the game. They weren’t saying much, and really there wasn’t much to say. Just as they did to us the last three years, we dominated the rivalry this year.

But I did stumble upon this gem of a GIF, posted in a Hammer and Rails comment section:

This GIF clearly shows one of the 2,613 times that Tom Crean adjusted his coaching slacks during the game. Seriously, watch an IU game sometime. I love Crean, but my goodness does he adjust his trousers a lot. (And yes, I’ve gratuitously used the words slacks and trousers because they are both infinitely more funny than just saying pants.)

Naturally, the Purdue fan who posted this GIF interpreted it as Crean “jacking it” in Ryne Smith’s general direction. I’m too pumped about the Hoosiers’ season to quibble. Whatever makes the loss easier for the Boilers to handle.

Regardless, Crean does make some funny faces and gestures during games, so I’m surprised I don’t stumble upon more of his GIFs. This face in particular though seems to be a rather positive one for IU fans. In the GIF above he’s giving while his Hoosiers are up 17 on Purdue.

You may remember another famous time he looked like that, after a certain last second three back in December swished through…

It’s a good look Coach. No need to change now.
