Video: Juan Pablo Montoya Crashes Into Jet Dryer at Daytona 500, Ignites Fireball

Under caution with 40 laps to go in last night’s Daytona 500, driver Juan Pablo Montoya crashed into a jet dryer truck igniting a fireball that melted the jet dryer to the track.

The race was delayed for more than two hours while the safety crew got the fire under control and took care of the mess.

The good news is that both Montoya and the driver of the jet dryer walked away from the incident without serious injuries.

Matt Kenseth eventually won the race, edging out teammate Greg Biffle and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
