M&Ms Super Bowl 46 Commercial – ‘Just My Shell’ Video and Review

M&Ms cracked me up tonight with their commercial that combined candy nudity and the invigorating sounds of LMFAO.

Here is the commercial that is near the top of my favorites from Super Bowl XLVI:

I can identify with the guy who thinks the brown one is naked, because I would probably sit and giggle much the same way if I were in the presence of a seemingly nude piece of chocolate wearing gargantuan white shoes and gloves.

But it’s the red M&M who takes things up a notch, because he bursts in like a true party animal.  The stripping of the red shell was what sold me, and the “wiggle wiggle…” part was just icing on the chocolate.

I’m not too proud to admit that even as a metalhead (and singer of a metal band) I love LMFAO.  I know they are a corporate-contrived bunch of goofballs with questionable musical ability, but I can’t help but smile and laugh when I hear their songs and see their videos.  That counts for something in my book.

Well done, M&Ms.
