Ok, GoDaddy, we get it – you like to put hot girls on your commercials and promise that we can see, um, more of them by going to your site.
This year’s Super Bowl commercial is no exception, as NASCAR (and former Indy car) driver Danica Patrick is back, this time with fitness expert and fellow Go Daddy spokeswoman Jillian Michaels, and this time they’re painting on a nude woman.
Here is the video:
So, I guess seeing this woman with nothing on but paint is supposed to make me want to purchase my own website domain name. Got it.
What I will never understand about Go Daddy’s commercials is that, if someone were so inclined, they could find nudity on the internet a whole lot easier than this. I’m not suggesting you all go out and look for salacious web content, but I am saying that if you want to do so there are more efficient ways than buying a domain from Go Daddy.
Never mind the fact that I don’t find Patrick or Michaels attractive in the least (Doritos Girl from their Super Bowl ad is better than both of them, in my opinion); I just don’t understand the fascination with these ads. There is nothing really funny about them, they simply try to peddle sex to the lowest common denominator. Are there really that many perverted web masters out there?
