Viewer’s Guide: NFL Week 10 TV Schedule and Announcer Assignments

For the first time in many weeks, the entire roster of NFL teams will be in action this week (though don’t get too used to that, as four teams are back on bye next week).

Let’s highlight a few of the key matchups and then run down the TV and announcer info for each game on the Week 10 schedule.

The game that the mainstream media will focus on more than any other this week is the Patriots and Jets, for obvious reasons. Frankly, I think the Patriots are overrated and fading fast and that the Jets will beat them handily. We’ll see. Either way, I’m not too interested in that game.

I do find Jacksonville-Indy somewhat interesting only because it’s one of the Indy’s best remaining chances to get a victory. If they can’t beat Blaine Gabbert at home, who can they beat? And a number of fan bases hoping their team can position itself for Andrew Luck are hoping the Colts can not only win this one, but another one somewhere along the way as well.

The Giants-49ers tilt on Sunday afternoon is a potential playoff matchup and should be a great game, especially the 49ers D against Eli and the Giants O. Saints-Falcons is a huge NFC South battle. All four of the schizophrenic AFC West teams face eachother this week. And the Lions and Bears do battle to see if the Lions can own second place in the NFC North or if the Bears can position themselves for a second half run.
