I also appreciate the alliteration in the caption: “slathers some sauce”. That’s just fun to say. “Slather” is an enjoyable word. As is succulent. In fact, after seeing this picture I would not mind slathering some sauce on a succulent rack right now. Of ribs of course. Rack of ribs.

Also, the phrase “a ribber from Horn Dawgs” is outstanding.
