Video: Tom Brady cries after Pia is voted off American Idol

As you may or may not now, Pia was recently voted off of American Idol. I do not watch Idol, and only know this because of the outrage I saw on Twitter and other assorted Interweb locations. Apparently she was really, really, ridiculously good at singing…or something; but for whatever reason, she did not capture the ears, minds, and spirits of the voteratti that determines who stays and goes on Idol.

Just look at NFL quarterback Tom Brady. He can barely discuss that awful night without choking up.

This is just funny, but that really shouldn’t be surprising considering it comes from the guys over at Tauntr (who you’ll be seeing on MSF more and more in the coming months; stay tuned…)

Surely by now you’ve seen the original video of Tom Brady tearing up when recalling his draft day, when he famously fell all the way to the 6th round. Brady certainly has gotten the last laugh – and then some – since that tearful day, but clearly the lack of faith NFL teams had in him affected him then and continues to now.

To me, there is something a little unnecessary about watching a 3-time Super Bowl winner and Mr. Gisele cry about his draft day, though the context of how much it has probably driven him is compelling. I much prefer the video above, which simply lampoons the whole thing.

Well done Tauntr!
