Update: Albert Breer of the NFL Network reports that starting All-Pro rookie center for the Pittsburgh Steeler's had a cast on his left ankle Wednesday morning and was on crutches.
Fantasy Impact: Pouncey suffered a high ankle sprain in the AFC Championship win over the Jets last Sunday. Pouncey left the game in the first quarter, and was replaced by Doug Legursky. Don't expect to see Pouncey on the sidelines at the Super Bowl, he told Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that "I know in my heart that I'm playing in that game".
