Update:
Cincinnati Bengals QB Carson Palmer (hip) said he will play in the team’s Week 8 game, according to Joe Reedy, of The Cincinnati Enquirer.
Fantasy Update:
Carson Palmer looks like he means business when he says hell be ready to play this Sunday. The Bengals have been fairly disappointing this season with there 2-4 record, and Palmer knows that when he plays well the team plays well. The Bengals take on Miami this week in a game that could be high scoring or might be low scoring. Either way Palmer should be a decent start this week against the Dolphins.

Update:
Baltimore Ravens WR Donte’ Stallworth (foot) may be able to play in the team’s Week 9 game after missing the first game of the season because of a foot injury, reports Edward Lee, of The Baltimore Sun. Head coach John Harbaugh said he is not sure if the team will use Stallworth in the game.
Fantasy Update:
Donte Stallworth could finally give the Ravens the deep threat that they need, but he really won’t serve any fantasy value in any leagues. The Ravens already have Boldin, Houshmandzadeh and Mason as there top three wideouts, Stallworth would give them a different dimension but serve no fantasy value.

Update:
San Francisco 49ers RBs Brian Westbrook and Anthony Dixon may receive more playing time in Week 8 because head coach Mike Singletary said the team needs to use them more this season, reports Eric Branch, of The Santa Rosa Press Democrat.
Fantasy Update:
This is why the 49ers are 1-6. Singletary is talking about taking the ball out of the hands of the best offensive player the team has in Frank Gore. That’s why your team is in last place, and that’s why he will likely not have a job after this season. Westbrook and Dixon serve no value on a fantasy team and the only people that should have any feeling about this move should be the owners of Frank Gore.

Update:
Tennessee Titans head coach Jeff Fisher said WR Kenny Britt will not face any more disciplinary action from the team for his alleged involvement in an altercation at a bar last week, reports The Tennessean’s Jim Wyatt.
Fantasy Impact:
After the game that Kenny Britt just had, would any coach in the NFL plan on giving him more discliplinary action? No. Britt should be starting in all fantasy leagues this week as the Titans prepare for the Chargers.

Update:
Seattle Seahawks WR Brandon Stokley (oblique) was limited during practice Friday, Oct. 29. He is listed as questionable for Week 8 but may be able to play.
Fantasy Impact:
Stokley has yet to make an impact this season with the Seahawks and even if he plays, it is doubtful that he will see a lot of balls thrown his way. The Seahawks have been dependent on WR Mike Williams this season so far and it seems that he is the only WR on the team worth a fantasy spot.
