Doucet listed as questionable

Email Post Email Post

Update:
According to Darren Urban of the Arizona Republic, Early Doucet (groin) will be a game-time decision on Sunday.
Fantasy Update:
Doucet is not a viable option this week against the Seahawks. Not only would he be playing hurt but hes the third string WR behind Breaston and Fitzgerald. If Breaston is unable to go then Doucet’s stick will rise but even then there should be better options out there then Early Doucet.

Hillis listed as probable

Email Post Email Post

Update:
Peyton Hillis (quad) is listed as probable for Week 7, according to the Cleveland Browns injury report..

Fantasy Impact:
Hillis has fared very well this year against teams that don’t have great run stopping ability. The Saints defense can be scored on, so Hillis should have a decent game both in the air and on the ground. With no Jerome Harrison anymore, Hillis will get all the carries from here on out.

Jason Campbell should start

Email Post Email Post

Update:
According to the Contra Costa Times, Jason Campbell (knee) looks poised to be the Raiders quarterback after all this weekend. As of Thursday, it was expected he would be out.
Fantasy Impact:
Campbell had a terrible outing last weekend against the 49ers, and this Sunday he faces a Denver defense that is not allowing many yards through the air, 210 per game. Campbell is playing hurt and facing a tough defense, there should be no reason to start Campbell this week.

Redskins TE Cooley ready to go

Email Post Email Post

Update: Redskins TE Chris Cooley (concussion) has been ruled a "full go" by coach Mike Shanahan at practice today. He will play against Chicago this week. Cooley suffered a concussion in last week's game against the Colts.

Fantasy Impact: Everyone knows how Donovan McNabb loves his tight ends. Cooley is one of the best ones in the game and McNabb will be glad to have him back in the lineup this week. Look for McNabb to look especially to his TE this weekend because of how much pressure Chicago will bring on D.

Jaguars QB Garrard has been ruled out for Sunday

Update: Jacksonville Jaguars QB David Garrard (concussion) sat out practice today and has been ruled out for this week’s game against the Chiefs. Garrard had not been cleared to return to practice since he was knocked out of Monday night’s game against the Titans.

Fantasy Impact: The Jaguars have yet to name a starter for the game against the Chiefs. It will be down to journeyman Todd Bouman and newcomer Trent Edwards. Edwards (thumb) is listed as questionable. Bouman took most of the reps at practice and looks like the one that will get the call on Sunday.

Falcons CB Robinson likely out against Bengals

Email Post Email Post

Update: Nfl.com is reporting that Dunta Robinson (concussion) is likely to miss this week's game against the Bengals. Robinson did not practice Friday and is still recovering from a concussion he suffered while delivering a big hit to Desean Jackson last week.

Fantasy Impact: Falcons coach Mike Smith said that Robinson has been "much better." The Falcons already have a poor pass defense so expect Carson Palmer and the Bengals to have a big day, especially with Robinson out. Robinson was also fined $50,000 for his hit on Desean Jackson.

Antonio Gates sits out, likey will still play

Email Post Email Post

Update: According to cbssports.com, Chargers TE Antonio Gates (toe) sat out of practice again today. He hasn't practiced all week long due to a toe injury. He is officially listed as questionable.

Fantasy Impact: Although Gates has sat out all week, most say he will play this week. The Chargers are fading quickly at 2-4, although they have the 1st ranked offense and defense in the NFL. Gates rarely sits out and usually plays through some pain. The Chargers need and win desperately so expect Gates to give it a go this week.

Raiders RB says he’s 70% sure he’ll play

Email Post Email Post

Update: According to rotoworld.com, Darren McFadden is expecting to play this week. He says that he is 70/30 on playing this week against the Denver. McFadden has been sitting out with a hamstring injury.

Fantasy Impact: McFadden is still saying his hamstring is still "a little tight" so that's not a good sign for him to carry the load this week. Michael Bush will likely get another start. Look for McFadden to get maybe 5-10 carries if he allows himself to go Sunday. Do not expect much more from him as he gets settled back into a very weak Oakland offense.

Odrick Placed On IR

Email Post Email Post

Update: The Miami Dolphins have lost their 1st round pick from April for the season after they placed DE Jared Odrick on injured reserve. Odrick hurt his left foot in practice this week. He has just played in the opener, where he broke his leg.

Fantasy Impact: Losing Odrick for this season isn't very big considering he has recorded just one tackle. The Dolphins just have to hope he fully recovers from all of his injuries and is 100% by the time next season arrives.

Vince Young misses practice, Collins likely to start

Email Post Email Post

Update: Rotoworld.com is reporting that Titans QB Vince Young (knee) missed practice Friday. Kerry Collins has gotten all the 1st team reps this week and will most likely start against the Eagles.

Fantasy Impact: Vince Young hasn't been officially ruled out yet, but all signs lead to Collins starting. I would not start either QB on my team though. Do not take a chance in case Young doesn't go and Collins will have a very rough day against a decent Eagles defense possibly without both his starting WRs in Justin Gage and Kenny Britt.

Ivory To Start For Saints Again

Email Post Email Post

Update: The New Orleans Saints announced today that Reggie Bush and Pierre Thomas will both be out this weekend, meaning Chris Ivory will get another start at running back. The Saints play the Browns this weekend.

Fantasy Impact: Last week was easily Ivory's best game as a pro. He rushed that ball 15 times and piled up 158 yards on the ground. He also added one catch for 17 yards. Seeing as he will be the feature back again this week, he could be a very good 3rd RB/Flex play in fantasy, especially since he is playing against Cleveland.
