Update: The Green Bay Pres-Gazette reports that the Green Bay Packers have placed CB Al Harris and S Atari Bigby on the reserve/physically unable to perform list. This means that both players will have to miss at least the first 6 games of the season. Harris is battling a knee injury and Bigby has lingering ankle issues.
Fantasy Impact: The loss of these 2 players for at least 6 games is a huge one. Green Bay was ranked 5th in the league during the 2009 season in pass defense, but they will not play up to that level without Harris and Bigby. Harris is a very good cover corner and Bigby is a big hitter in the secondary. The Packers have to hope that CB Tramon Williams and rookie S Morgan Burnett can play well enough and not give up big plays.
