What an amazing day of playoff basketball, huh?
First off, we had LeBron and co. simply show Chicago who’s boss. Then down in Atlanta, the Hawks seem to be easily cruising along as they face Milwaukee. Let’s not forget about the two of the league’s best players in Carmelo and D.Wade!
There was a lot going on yesterday, and I’m here to give it all to you in a reader-friendly recap! Enjoy!
Chicago at Cleveland: Game 1
Chicago went in last night with a little chip on their shoulder. They are the #8 seed, they are getting no respect after nearly powering themselves into the playoffs, and then they had to face THE LeBron James. How did that work out for them?
Milwaukee at Atlanta: Game 1
The Hawks are the “look-out” team in the East. They showed us during the regular season, that they can stick it to anyone , but they also showed at times that they are very vulnerable as well. So the Bucks heading into Phillips Arena, looking for a W. It would be hard without Bogut. Let’s see how they did:
Miami at Boston: Game 1
This will, without a doubt, be the most watched series of the East’s first round. Why is that? Well first off, the Celtics have been struggling. Second, the Heat have caught fire as of late. Many people believe that Miami has the firepower to take down the Big Three. Do I? Yes, but did they show it in Game 1?
Utah at Denver: Game 1
The Jazz are banged up. First, Kirilenko is out, and then Boozer became a game-time decision! He was able to play, but the Jazz are not the healthiest team in the playoffs (putting it lightly). The Nuggets also have head coach, George Karl, out as well. Did that stop Carmelo from blowing up? Hell no!
Thanks for tuning in folks! Make sure you tune in tomorrow, after watching all of today’s great games!
Hope you enjoy NBA nuts!
