His scheme can be difficult for certain players to grasp and it will give people tired head. While not even being a Bears fan I think that they had 85% of the tools on the offensive side of the ball. As Marshall Faulk put it. It take a play off or don't work hard. You don't play. I think that it is a good fit. One good sideline rant in a players face will get him in the fans good graces.
