Update: According to Pro Football Talk, rams quarterback Marc Bulger has cleaned out his locker. His career appears to be in limbo, but at the very least he is done in St. Louis.
Fantasy Impact: The Bulger and the Rams went 1-15 in 2009 and he has clearly shown that he is no longer capable of being a starting quarterback. Bulger might end up calling it a career.
