Update: The Buffalo News is reporting that wide receiver Terrell Owens will not be back with the Bills in 2010.
Fantasy Impact: Owens posted 55 catches, 829 yards and six touchdowns this season, and showed he can still be an impact player, but at 36 years old, he is clearly on the decline. He did manage to stay out of trouble this year in Buffalo which should intrigue some other team to step up and take a shot with him in 2010.
