The early (real early) line is up for Super Bowl XLIV, and no one should be surprised that the Colts are the favorites.
Via our friends at DocSports, Bookmaker has the Colts as 5-point favorites over the Saints. The Colts v Saints over-under is set at 56.
My early, early, early thoughts? Colts -5 and take the over, but that’s not official. I want some time to think about this. But the Colts looked really impressive today; New Orleans did enough to win, but didn’t look great.
Regardless, it’s going to be great seeing these two offenses on the field together.
I’ll update this post with other spreads tomorrow morning as they become available.
Update: BetUs, who always does a good job of providing Super Bowl predictions, has the Colts listed as 5.5 points favorites as of Monday morning, with O/U at 56.
