Update: The Washington Post is reporting that Redskins running back Clinton Portis is in Pittsburgh today to be examined by concussion specialists. He'll rejoin the team for Week 14 preparations on Tuesday night, and coach Jim Zorn says "we'll know then" about Portis' availability at Oakland.
Fantasy Impact: Rock Cartwright has been filling in nicely for Portis and with the Skins out of it, don't expect the team to force him back into the lineup.
