This is bigger than Littal's opinions anyway (which aren't too far off base). CBS news video link below:

And you are an anonymous flamer. Which is worse a writer who puts his name behind his words and opinions or you?

Is there a point to this comment? I'm leaving it in here only because it makes you look bad and otherwise makes no sense.

i didnt know the ex had a key to that condo...frankly, that sums it up for me..ive seen people convicted in much less, but all the key components match up....means, motive, opportunity, and whos to day he didnt convince her to buy that gun for him...his not having an alibi makes it even more likely...
heres what likely happened....
ex waited til McNair showed up, went in later and shot him (he after all did have the kind of anger towards McNair that fit the manner in which he was shot). He then waited until she showed up, and as she was crying over steve (possibly trying to shake him in a frantic state) he came in behind her and shot her. He then wiped the gun clean, put it in her hand, and fired that extra shot to the head so she would have her prints on the gun, and residue on her hands..then placed the body in his lap with the gun in her hand...which could explain why the position of the gun never seemed right.....Since no one heard more than 5 shots, one could assume a pillow, soda bottle, or other silencer type device that could be easily discarded randomly could have been used...

Very cool podcast as always. I remember reading Robert's post of the McNair death and felt enlightened and hurt at the same time because it was obvious the investigators were not taking the case seriously. Very interested in seeing the truth come out no matter who was or was not involved. It still seems there are too many questions not answered and the police version of the motive doesn't make enough sense.

Not to make light of the above topic, but do you think Robert can crack the case of the missing Ohio State offense? Tressel insists it is Pryor's fault and he even twittered about how he was glad Pryor didn't get an opportunity for a game winning drive against Purdue.
