More Scenes From the Muni Lot: The Official Frownie Foto Gallery

Since I officially entered the blogosphere some 14 months ago, one of my favorite Cleveland sports blogs and near-daily stops has been Cleveland Frowns.

It’s a place where, like the song says, “everybody knows your name” and where unique, informed, and interesting takes on all things Cleveland sports are usually present.

And then there are the Frownie Foto galleries, which are…well…let’s just say they’re the best thing since this.

This past weekend I had the good fortune of meeting Frowns and joining him for an entertaining tailgate in the world famous Muni Lot before the Browns-Packers game, which has previously been remembered here and here.

Now this glorious Sunday has its own Frownie Foto gallery…and it’s awesome.

Frowns’ commitment to creating a splendid Frownie Foto gallery of the experience was obvious every time a conversation got cut off in mid sentence to chase people on mini-bikes, or people wearing Browns-inspired Spider Man costumes, or people wearing football jerseys and no pants.

Yes, there was a man tailgating with a football jersey and no pants.

And no, it wasn’t me.

Anyway, you can see one of the photos there to your left, of me and a previous Frownie Foto star (who we’d meet again later on at the game, as chronicled in Ryan’s video diary). To see the rest of this highly entertaining gallery — including the guy who was belligerently drunk and got arrested, the spitting Browns bus, and an amazing game of Browns-inspired giant Jenga — head on over to Cleveland Frowns.

It’ll be worth it. Trust me.
