I would rather have McCoy on my roster than Washington for the balance of the season, but if you're looking for help immediately, Washington could have more value. He will probably get more touches than McCoy over the next few weeks if Brian Westbrook is healthy. That said, I still expect McCoy to rotate with Westbrook a reasonable amount...and if Westbrook gets hurt again, McCoy becomes a stud.

That said, the Jets play Oakland in Week 7, which could be a good game for Washington. It's too early to tell what McCoy's role could be for that game.

If I were you, I'd take McCoy over Washington...but just know that if Westbrook is healthy, Washington is probably the better play in Week 7.

Wow. That would be a bold move. I don't think I'd do that yet, especially since Jamal Lewis will probably come back at some point. I'd take a wait-and-see on that, at least until after today.

That is a very tough question. I like both of them...a lot...this year. I think I'd lean towards McCoy. No, he won't carry as much if Westbrook is playing, but what are the odds of the aging Westbrook staying healthy all year? And McCoy will still get some touches every week as the Eagles try to keep Westbrook upright.

In Choice, you have a back who is in a three-man rotation. He has great value this week, but what about when Barber and Jones are back?

So much of the answer to this question relies on injuries, which can't be predicted. In the end, I'd go with the guy in a two-man backfield, not the one in the three-man backfield. I'd stick with McCoy, unless you are desperate for this week.

Good question. Just tweeted about this (<a href="http://www.twitter.com/JerodMSF)" target="_blank"><a href="http://www.twitter.com/JerodMSF)</a>" target="_blank">http://www.twitter.com/JerodMSF)</a></a>

Sal Pal just said on ESPN that Wes Welker should play today. He's officially a GT decision, but he practiced all week and the Patriots need him to help combat the Ravens' blitz. Continue to track it, but I'd start him.

Moreno, for sure. I really like him moving forward. McFadden needs to stop fumbling and actually show that he can use his speed to get into the end zone.

Thanks so much. Also... One more thing... I have picked up Moreno. So should I start Moreno or McFadden this week? Ronnie Brown is a must. Lol

On the running backs, I think it's pretty easy.

You go with Choice, Portis, and White. Reports broke yesterday that Choice will get the majority of the work for the Cowboys this weekend, so Barber clearly is not 100%. And Beanie Wells had 2 carries for -2 yards last week and is a fumble machine. Hang onto him for a couple more weeks, but he could be someone you drop if he can't get his act together.

WRs I think are pretty simple, mainly because of Bowe's injury. Ward, Manningham, and Walter are all healthy and producing...Bowe is injured, on a terrible offense, and playing the Giants. Sit him with confidence.
