		<description>I do not consider myself an expert on the steroid issues, but I see no problem with Blogging about various scenerios. I truely beleive that most atheletes atleast tested steroids. Why not...at one time they were perfectly legal. Now the one&#039;s that continued to use them, well I have two rationales for that: 1) they were adicted like any drug! 2) they had to keep doing to perform at a certain level. Now put yourself in their shoes and what would you do? Think hard about your answer.</description>
