There is probably a pretty good reason why many pitchers are good golfers, because the ideas of repeating the same motion over and over for success are so closely aligned in the two sports. Perhaps that could be a path to correcting some of Rich Hill's issues. I know this, I'd love to him go down to the minors for the White Sox and then at some point get to work with Don Cooper. The guy has a lot of potential and you hope he can harness it again. @Illinoisbaseball, good point about the golf. As I had mentioned in the article Kranitz is great with mechanics and is great to work with from a pitcher's standpoint. It'll be a difficult task for Kranitz as I'm sure Hill has been shaken mentally, but they'll have to find that delivery he had as progress mentally with him.
