I think that the Colts will miss Tony Dungy, but his loss is not insurmountable. And I highly, highly doubt that Marvin Harrison will be in a Colts uniform against next year. They can't afford him for his declining level of production. The key will be the running game. They have to be able to run the ball more consistently, especially come playoff time. Their smallish D wears down if they are on the field too much, and without a running game it is difficult to control clock. And you are spot-on about the defensive tackle issues.
