I can see your point and everyone is still saying “but it’s Payton?!”
Doesn’t matter, with a pass rush like the Titans have, the timing will be off anyway and they can’t run the ball, not to mention tennessee doesn’t let teams run the ball. That will lead to an out of sync colts team and the titans will chew the clock alive with their backfield. Payton won’t have the minutes to get back in the game and orchestrate big drives. the colts best hope is that Lendale makes it quick and painless.
