Rudguz…you are the man.

Everyone else who stuck by the Browns, kept the faith, and believed that the Browns were much better than their 1-3 start…you rule.

EJWasson…I have to say (and I’m sure Ryan Russell will have a few words as well), you lost the faith. Not that logic wasn’t on your side, but being a fan isn’t about logic, it’s about unyielding faith even in the face of unyielding disappointment.

We all expected 2008 to be different for the Browns. A game like tonight is a step in the right direction to making that a reality.

It’s hard to argue with any rational analysis choosing the Giants to win tonight’s game. But because I believe in karma, I simply refuse to think anything other than the Browns are coming through victorious, and finding rational reasons why this prediction makes sense.

Donte’s back
DA and Braylon are due
Corey Williams has to walk the walk now
We’re at home
We have momentum from finally winning a game
We have revenge on our minds from the preseason
We can win one for Kellen
The NFL is crazy, random, and unpredictable
St. Louis just beat Washington, Miami has beaten San Diego and New England, etc, etc, etc.
New York should have lost to Cincy — we beat Cincy.

Maybe it’s not so delusional after all…

Fellow die hard Browns fans I think we can agree on one thing. If the Cleveland Browns want to win tomorrow night it’s all about execution. They have to play for 60 minutes like they did last year to win those ten games in 07. DA has to get going early and JL or JH have to break through the Giants D and put some life into this offense. We cannot afford another Tim Couch era offensive (and it was offensive) showing. We need the real Browns to show up. I hope K2 has infected the whole defense with big ball syndrome. They need to step up some too. All told, and it hurts to say this..but: Giants 34 Browns 17.

Though I hope you guys are right.

You are genius…great analysis. Based on how the two teams have played this year, the Browns should have no chance. But this is the NFL…where surprises happen regularly. The NFC East is struggling this week. I see it continuing. 27-24 Browns on a late Phil Dawson field goal.
