		<description>Ozzie Guillen is the greatest, and even though he can lose his cool sometimes I think he is much more calculating and strategic than people give him credit for.  He took a franchise that hadn&#039;t won a World Series in forever and delivered a title to Chicago...before the ridiculously beloved Cubs could do it.  And he is fiercely loyal to Jerry Reinsdorf, and there is mutual respect between he and Ken Williams even though their relationship is fiery sometimes.  It all adds up to Ozzie being the White Sox manager for a long time (assuming there are no Bob Knight-style meltdowns or incidents) and the White Sox being consistently successful because their manager simply won&#039;t accept failure or anything less than the team&#039;s best.

His recent interview with the Sporting News is great:
