Oh and what's this? A Browns fan finally admitting what a franchise stud Big Ben is, rather than living in denial like the rest of the Cleveburgers? Well whaddya know.

That, combined with Bungals fans finally beginning to realize the overhyped media creation that is Carson Palmer, should make for quite a big year for the Benster.

And keeping on rubbing the wishful injury magic lamp, Ryan, keeping on rubbing that little uh, lamp of yours.

"Rivalry"? Used to be, now it's more like the Brownies are the Steelers own little personal salad tossers. Let's face it, the REAL owner of the Browns isn't Lerner, it's Big Ben.

And Ryan, sorry can't hear you bud with your head down between your ankles. What's that? Oh yeah... spread 'em a little wider.

Sheesh...when did the Browns-Steelers rivalry become so heated.

Oh yeah, it's always been that way.

It will certainly be interesting to see where these two teams are come the final week of the season. I still think that game will have meaning for both the AFC North title and playoff positioning. The onus is on the Browns and their stars (Braylong f'ing Edwards especially) to step it up.

Hopefully the next game will be just as heated, but have a better result for the Browns.

Great post, Jerod. I coudn't agree more. I wouldn't worry about about the Steelers staying hot.

CHECK OUT PFT...

KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh reports that Steelers defensive end Brett Keisel is expected to miss the next two months.

Keisel suffered a calf injury during Sunday night’s win against the Browns.

A seventh-round pick in 2002, Keisel started every game in 2007.

The impact of his absence could be significant. Though relatively unheralded, the defensive ends in the Steelers’ 3-4 system are responsible for tying up offensive linemen, so that the linebackers can get to the ball. Last year, a season-ending injury to Aaron Smith arguably contributed to a downturn in the team’s performance late in the year.

Right here buddy.

And if I am not mistaken, I told you to come back after week 9, bitch. Not week 2. So take your thumb out of your swollen ass and stick it back in your mouth for the next 7 weeks, because that's when I want to hear from you.

Much needed reality check,

Talk as much shit as possible before the season starts, because the Steelers will be lucky to beat out Baltimore for 3rd place in the division. Nobody outside of Pukesburgh thinks that Big Gay Ben is carrying that douche-squad into the playoffs.

I dare you to come back to this site after week 9 when the Steelers are 2-6 or 3-5.
--------------------------------------------------

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

The Steelers own Ryan and the Brownies like their own personal prison bitches. Where are YOU now buddy?

Ha ha ha!

Injured, as always. He got hurt during pregame warmups before the Dallas game. That guy may be the most fragile player in NFL history.

Braylon needs to do something. He has been awful and the Browns season is spiraling down the toilet right along with his own stats and reputation.

I guess we would have to go back to 2006 when Ohio State beat Brady Quinn's Notre Dame team in the Fiesta Bowl and beating Texas in Austin the following regular season. My bet would be USC next year in Columbus.

Either way, tell Braylon to take that stupid maize and blue mouth guard out and he might be a threat this year.

That's funny, because I have a pool going with some of my friends about when Ohio State will win a big game out of the Big 10. I have never, so I think I'm sitting pretty.

Okay, sorry. Just relieving a little frustration there. Derek definitely needs to start playing better or the calls for Brady will intensify. He needs Braylon to step it up and be the reliable deep threat he was last year. And the coaches could help him out with better play-calling (more screens and dumpoffs to Jerome Harrison, for one example).

Week 3 is huge. Derek needs a big game to restore some faith he has lost from the fan base during weeks 1 & 2. Hopefully Braylon will show up and help him out.

I have a pool going with my friends on when Brady Quinn will replace Derek Anderson. I got week six which I think is a good position though I have not looked at their schedule yet.
