Chicago White Sox – Minnesota Twins | Tuesday 6:30 | TBS
by Jerod Morris
I just looked it up, so I figured I would share the information in case anyone is googling for it:
Thanks to Alexei Ramirez’s fourth grand slam of the season, and a solid start from Gavin Floyd, the Chicago White Sox and Minnesota Twins will meet for a one-game playoff tomorrow evening. The game will played at U.S. Cellular Field, first pitch at 6:30, and will be televised on TBS. Dick Stockton, Ron Darling, and Harold Reynolds will be on the call. White Sox lefty John Danks (11-9) will face off against Nick Blackburn (11-10).
Obviously I would much rather be able to sit back, relax, strap it down and listen to Hawk announce the game will propel the White Sox into the playoffs; but I’m mainly just glad we’re still playing.
Way to keep believing White Sox. All I’m going to say is that we had a rough September in 2005 too…
(By the way, has anyone noticed that since I changed the logo I was using for White Sox posts, the Sox are undefeated? I realize it’s only been two games, but still. Not changing now!)
