One of the promises is "Top ten first (or first two) years on campus"

Does anyone know if that is top ten at some point in the year..to ten at the beggining of the year..top ten at the end of the year...or does it matter?

does anyone know how to creat a player while in the 2nd or 3rd year of your dynasty? I created a player the first year--actually 2 players but completly ignored them--because the team that I had actually was pretty good, with a bunch of under classmen. Well due to my record and the margin of victories--most of those players have now gone on to the nfl. I am just curious if I could create players to replace them during my dynasty run, or am I forced to go with my recruits, and those classment that are now on the roster. I don't play online, or against anyone--just strictly for fun, so I was just wondering if this was possible for my own piece of mind.

Yeah, I'm Playing With Memphis and I've been able to steal away Recruits from The likes of FSU, The U and countless SEC schools. Even one from ND after beaten them when one of the guys on my list was visiting and they had ND as their top school.

i have taken buffalo in 08 and 09... if you win your games, each year your prestige will rise, and you can get better recruits. its really easy

This may be a waste since the new version is coming out in like ten days but nevertheless...

I've won 3 National Championships (in a row) and currently have a 47 game winning streak; all of this on Heisman level. My top 5 tips are as follows for starting out with a terrible school.

1. Schedule your non-conference games with highly ranked, prestigous schools. It will do three things for you: get your school exposure, get you transfer requests if you play well, and it will give you a chance to move up in the rankings (good players have a chance at winning ANY game).

2. DEPTH CHART: Before you play any games go to your depth chart and make sure your kick/punt returners are the fastest players on your team, put your punter as your field goal kicker if he is better overall, and make sure both your offensive and defensive lines are balanced-meaning that if you have 3 Tackles rated 85 and a center rated 65, move one of the tackles to center.

3. RECRUITING: Fill your recruiting board up to 30 at the most. This is enough time to offer a scholarship to everyone. Offer a scholarship to all players the first week their added to your board. Once you have a couple interested prospects drop the rest of the other prospects at that position until your board is down to no more than 20 players. Re-order your board according to interest (RB I believe.) Quick call the your top ten on the board for 40 mins. each, 20 mins. for the rest. If you have below twenty then spend an hour for each player you are below twenty on. For example if you have 18 players, spend 1 hr. each on your top two prospects (20-18=2). Schedule visits for teams you can beat the shit out of. Never let a position go unfilled; a two-star is a hundred times better than a no-star walk on (the difference is a 60 compared to a 40 or so overall.

4. If you get invited into another conference ACCEPT!

5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: If you ever need a Fourth down conversion or 2 point conversion call a play action pass where the FullBack runs a route into the flat. He will almost never have a man covering him and if it's zone they won't tackle him before he gets the first down 90% of the time.
